Pre-Construction

Before we start to pound any nails, we need to determine the parameters of your project. We will work with you to determine your needs and wants, project budget, project scope, and convert your visions to working drawings. With all this information we then can develop the construction costs, project proposal, and remodeling contract. Once we get you to sign off on the project we can proceed to the construction phase.

Construction

Supported by our project manager and executed by an experienced group of dedicated craftsmen, the construction begins. TimberLine Construction’s project managers are like symphony conductors, it is their responsibility to orchestrate all the tasks necessary to construct your project. We will develop a Project Task Map of your project duration, this is their sheet music. This tool will help to get materials ordered in a timely fashion, help you to make your selections, schedule the correct mix of subcontractors, and keep you up to date on daily progress. We are truly devoted to making our clients satisfied and we know you will be happy with the finished project and our orchestra.

Post Construction

TimberLine Construction relies on client referrals for two reasons: one, we like to take care of people and two, it is a great way to find out how we did. A main focus for us is rapid response to post construction items that may have cropped up after you have spent some time in the new space.
