by Jim Sale. He is the heart and soul of the company. It
is his vision, his drive, and his experience that makes TimberLine

Jim has over 17 years of remodeling experience that started
when he was hired to do clean-up and demolition for a remodeling
company in the Twin Cities area. He worked part time with
them until he graduated from Dunwoody Institute with a Construction
Technology Degree. After graduation he moved into the office
where he was responsible for the design and drafting of the
projects. He continued to make his way up the company ladder,
through the estimating, project management, and sales departments.
Finally he was made a partner in the company.
But like all visionaries, Jim saw greater opportunities
for him and his family so he started Timberline Construction
in spring of 2004. Since then there has be no looking back
